Industrial Architect - Atlanta, USA


We are in search of an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Atlanta, USA. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and objectives
- Develop plans, designs, and layouts for industrial buildings
- Ensure that all designs comply with codes, regulations, and standards
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to determine structural requirements
- Prepare construction documents including detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Regularly visit construction sites to ensure that projects are being built according to plans
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on client feedback or site conditions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and other professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Salary:
1200$ per month plus benefits.
