We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of architectural projects, from initial concept to final construction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
- Lead a team of architects and designers in developing detailed plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Review and approve design documents for accuracy and adherence to project goals.
- Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager.
- Proven track record of managing multiple architecture projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar design software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Salary:
This is a full-time position paying $1400 per month. Salary may be negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This job is based in Atlanta. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
