Indian Architecture Manager in Atlanta

We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to lead our team in Atlanta. As an Indian Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings and structures, ensuring they meet all necessary codes and regulations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that align with their vision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Review architectural plans and drawings for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and provide recommendations based on budget and timeline constraints
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Experience managing a team of architects or other design professionals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
