We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. As the head of our culinary department, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious menus, managing kitchen operations, and leading a team of talented chefs. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high quality standards and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events or themed nights
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for kitchen staff

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in upscale restaurants or hotels
- Knowledge of Pakistani cuisine is a plus
- Proficiency in English is required
