Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the city of Atlanta. You will be working with a team of professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a high level of leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Create project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure they are met
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to determine project requirements and specifications
- Procure necessary resources and materials for each project
- Supervise and manage construction teams to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective collaboration with various stakeholders

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in the city of Atlanta or similar urban environments
- Experience working with diverse teams
- Fluency in English (Malayalee or foreign nationality welcome)
- Ability to work full-time without accommodation
- Valid biometric passport
