Construction Project Manager
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Atlanta, Georgia. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate project teams. This role requires someone who can effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers. Additionally, the ability to problem solve and make timely decisions is critical for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and schedules
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors, managing subcontractors, ordering materials, etc.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Review project plans for accuracy and feasibility
- Identify potential issues or delays and implement solutions
- Maintain quality control throughout the construction process
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, etc.
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, invoices, etc.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at 1400$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Atlanta but may require occasional travel to project sites in the surrounding area.
