Merchandiser - Retail Sales Associate



Our retail store in Atlanta is seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about the retail industry, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys interacting with customers. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating attractive displays, organizing merchandise, and assisting customers with their purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products and attract customers
- Organize merchandise according to company standards and restock shelves as needed
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and assist them with finding products or making purchasing decisions
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock or out-of-stock items to management
- Keep the store clean and presentable at all times
- Assist with receiving shipments and accurately entering new inventory into the system
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales promotions

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales or merchandising preferred
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Atlanta, USA (Preference for Indian candidates)
