Sales Manager - Atlanta
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales for our company's products or services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers through networking, market research, and targeted outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their performance
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing, operations) to align strategies and achieve overall company objectives
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress against targets, and market insights for senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and develop strategic plans accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred but not required
Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Atlanta (open to candidates from all nationalities)
Job Type: Full-time (part-time options may be considered)
