Land Surveyor

We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Atlanta. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and measurements to determine boundary lines, property corners, and elevation levels. You will also be responsible for creating maps, plats, and legal descriptions of surveyed areas.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Create accurate maps and plats of surveyed areas
- Determine property boundaries, corners, and elevation levels
- Review previous survey data and records to ensure accuracy
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Prepare legal descriptions of surveyed areas for documentation purposes
- Adhere to safety procedures while working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret maps, plats, and legal descriptions
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Atlanta. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities.

Accommodation:
