English Tutor

As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized language instruction to students of various ages and backgrounds. You will create lesson plans and materials tailored to the individual needs and goals of each student, focusing on improving their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in English. This position is based in Atlanta but is open to candidates of all nationalities who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with students
- Assess student's language proficiency and develop a personalized learning plan
- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the student's learning style and goals
- Provide feedback and evaluation on student progress
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to enhance the learning experience
- Keep track of student attendance and progress reports
- Communicate with parents or guardians as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching or tutoring English as a second language
- Fluency in spoken and written English with excellent grammar skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, encouraging, and able to motivate students to learn
- Knowledge of various teaching resources and techniques for ESL learners

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Atlanta but can also accommodate remote work for qualified candidates.
