Office Manager
The office manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning and maximum productivity. They will handle various administrative tasks such as organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the office and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments for management and staff
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for office expenses
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff when necessary
- Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Create presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed
- Keep updated records of employee attendance, leave requests, and other HR-related matters
- Manage filing systems to ensure organization of important documents
- Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Location: Atlanta (preference)
Salary: $1400/month (negotiable)
