Concierge Assistant



We are seeking a friendly and efficient Concierge Assistant to join our team in Atlanta. As a member of our concierge staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, assisting with various tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

As a Concierge Assistant, your main responsibilities will include greeting guests, answering inquiries, making reservations for restaurants and events, arranging transportation services, and handling guest requests promptly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining the lobby area by keeping it clean and organized at all times.

This is a seasonal job with a salary of 1700$. We welcome candidates from all nationalities and backgrounds who are fluent in English. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, proactive, and have excellent communication skills.

As this is a seasonal job, we do not provide accommodation. Therefore, we recommend that candidates have their own housing arrangements in place before applying for this position.
