Seasonal Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Atlanta

We are currently hiring a seasonal concierge for our luxury hotel in Atlanta. This position is ideal for non-native English speakers looking for an English-speaking job in the hospitality industry. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests from India, assisting them with any requests or inquiries they may have during their stay. This is a seasonal position with a salary of $1200 per month and includes a free visa and ticket to the United States.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Must have a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to guests from different cultural backgrounds

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at local restaurants or attractions
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate transportation services for guests as needed
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies
- Handle currency exchange for international guests
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
