We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Las Vegas. As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company's computer networks and systems. You will work closely with our IT team to maintain and improve our network infrastructure, troubleshoot any technical issues that arise, and ensure system security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Implement network security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Maintain system backups and disaster recovery plans
- Provide technical support for software installations and upgrades
- Collaborate with IT team to design and implement new network solutions
- Document network configurations, procedures, and policies
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in networking and recommend improvements for the company's systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN technologies, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), firewalls (Cisco ASA), VPNs (IPSec), etc.
- Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or PRTG
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware) is a plus
- Experience with Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policies) is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
