Data Analyst - English Speaking (Contract) in Las Vegas, United States


We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Las Vegas. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide insights and support business decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to identify and solve data-related problems, as well as communicate your findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources
- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends
- Create visualizations and dashboards to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights
- Develop strategies for data collection, storage, and analysis
- Identify areas for improvement in data processes and make recommendations for efficiency
- Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases such as MySQL or Oracle
- Experience using statistical computer languages (Python, R) for data analysis preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in an easy-to-understand manner
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary:
This is a contract position paying $900 per month.
