PHP Developer

As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the PHP programming language. Your primary focus will be on writing efficient and secure code, ensuring high performance and scalability of web applications. You will work closely with the development team to design, develop, and debug complex web applications. You should have a strong understanding of database management systems and experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will have experience in object-oriented programming and be familiar with the latest web development trends. This is a contract position based in Las Vegas with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new features and functionality for web applications using PHP
- Troubleshoot and debug existing code to ensure high performance and functionality
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely project delivery
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces
- Write well-documented, clean, and efficient code
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in web development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of PHP programming language and its frameworks (such as Laravel or Symfony)
- Experience working with MySQL or other relational databases
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
