We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Las Vegas, USA. This role is open to Indian candidates only and offers a salary of 1800$. The ideal candidate will have previous project management experience and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will also be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budget, including tracking expenses and forecasting costs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address any issues or concerns
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare status reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
