Online Consultant


We are currently seeking an Online Consultant to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This position is suitable for Egyptian candidates who are looking for a full-time job without the requirement of English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide prompt and efficient responses to client inquiries and concerns
- Assist clients with product or service recommendations
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our company's products and services
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any further needs or concerns

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- No English proficiency required
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Las Vegas but can also be done remotely from anywhere in the world.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Experience Level:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. Freshers are welcome to apply.
