We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces including walls, ceilings, furniture, and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, filling holes and cracks, and removing old paint
- Mix paint and other materials to achieve desired color and texture
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools
- Ability to mix colors according to specific requirements
- Attention to detail with an eye for color matching and precision
- Time management skills to complete projects within given deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and move heavy equipment
- Good communication skills in English

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position without accommodation. Visa sponsorship may be provided for qualified candidates.
