Finisher Supervisor


We are a reputable construction company based in Las Vegas, seeking a skilled and experienced Finisher Supervisor to join our team. This full-time position is suitable for Indian nationals with excellent English speaking skills and who are seeking visa sponsorship.

As our Finisher Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing process of various construction projects. This includes managing a team of finishers, ensuring quality workmanship, and meeting project deadlines. Your duties will also include conducting site inspections, creating work schedules, and ordering necessary materials.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience as a finisher or in a similar supervisory position within the construction industry. You should also possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with your team and project managers.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain high standards of quality while working efficiently to meet tight deadlines. You should also have a good understanding of safety procedures and be able to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and regulations.

This is a physically demanding job that requires standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy objects, and working in various weather conditions. Therefore, it is important that you are physically fit and able to perform these tasks.
