Civil Engineer for Infrastructure Projects in Las Vegas


We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities. Your role will involve designing, planning, and supervising the construction of these projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Design and plan infrastructure projects according to project specifications and requirements
- Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to gather necessary data for project design
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for project construction
- Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design plans and safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and update project schedules as needed
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Identify potential risks or issues during the construction process and provide solutions or recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards related to infrastructure development in Las Vegas
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1000 per month
