We are a leading solar energy company in Las Vegas seeking skilled Solar Installers to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in solar installation, be able to work independently, and have excellent problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and other equipment according to design plans
- Ensure all equipment and components are properly secured and wired
- Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately
- Maintain a safe work environment at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar installation or related field
- Ability to work at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per week, as well as opportunities for career growth within our company. This is a full-time position with occasional overtime required. Please note that accommodation is not provided for this role.
