We are a leading solar energy company based in Las Vegas and we are seeking skilled and experienced Solar Installers to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and associated equipment on residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and mounting hardware according to company standards and safety regulations
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement of solar panels
- Assist with the transportation and loading/unloading of equipment
- Ensure all equipment is properly secured and functional before leaving the job site
- Troubleshoot any issues with installations and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in solar panel installation or a related field
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for international travel
- Physically fit and able to work at heights in various weather conditions
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and ability to read blueprints
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per week, with potential for bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Las Vegas but may require travel within the United States or internationally. Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are already located in or willing to relocate to Las Vegas.
