A well-established architecture firm in Las Vegas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for their commercial project
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Work closely with contractors to oversee the construction process and ensure that all specifications are met
- Make necessary adjustments to plans as needed throughout the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Experience working on commercial projects in Las Vegas preferred

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with an attractive benefits package. As an added bonus, accommodation will be provided for candidates who do not have local housing. This position is open only for Indian nationals who have their own valid visa for working in the USA.
