Commercial Architect



As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office buildings, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their budget and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity and safety of the building
- Obtain necessary permits from local authorities and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it aligns with the design plans
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, building materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

This is a contract position based in Las Vegas. Candidates must have experience working on commercial projects. This is an English-speaking job open to Indian nationals.
