Industrial Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of construction projects
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it adheres to the design plans and specifications
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on client feedback or changes in project scope

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Las Vegas, USA

Preference will be given to Kenyan candidates. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates. Visa sponsorship can also be arranged if needed.
