Architecture Manager


We are a leading architecture firm based in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, seeking an experienced and talented Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects, from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in developing innovative and functional designs for commercial and residential projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Develop project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time, and according to quality standards
- Review architectural plans and drawings for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on complex design challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working on large-scale projects is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1000 per month along with opportunities for growth within the company.

Location:
This position is based in Las Vegas. However, we welcome candidates from across the globe who are willing to relocate.
