As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students in Las Vegas. You will teach students of various ages and backgrounds, with the majority of your students being Indian nationals. Your primary focus will be on teaching English language skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking, to help students improve their overall proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective English language lessons that cater to the needs of individual students
- Incorporate interactive and communicative activities into lessons to engage students and promote active learning
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their language skills
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated to learn
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum materials and resources
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and participate in parent-teacher conferences as needed
- Stay updated on current teaching methods and techniques through professional development opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language, preferably to Indian students
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required; knowledge of Hindi or any other Indian languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a classroom effectively
- Valid work permit or visa that allows employment in Las Vegas

Salary:
