Floral Designer



We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Las Vegas. As a floral designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful arrangements for our clients, using your knowledge of different flowers, colors, and design techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Select the appropriate flowers, greenery, and other materials based on the budget and client's vision
- Arrange flowers in a visually pleasing manner using various techniques such as grouping, layering, and color coordination
- Ensure that all designs are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, order new stock when needed
- Assist with set-up and break down of events when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a floral designer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their characteristics, and care instructions
- Creativity and an eye for detail to create unique designs
- Strong communication skills to consult with clients effectively
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (flower buckets)
- Experience working with different tools such as scissors, wire cutters, ribbons etc.
- Knowledge of basic flower arranging techniques is preferred but not required

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. We offer competitive salary (starting at $1400 per month) based on experience. This job is open to all nationalities. No English is required. Accommodation is not provided but we can assist with finding affordable housing options. A valid visa will be provided along with the ticket.
