Senior Architect
The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of large-scale projects in Las Vegas. They will work closely with clients, engineers, and other architects to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in the architecture field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the development of project designs
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create design solutions that meet their requirements
- Oversee all aspects of the design and construction process, from concept to completion
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve design processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects is preferred
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and designs to clients, engineers, and other stakeholders
Additional Requirements:
This position is open to all nationalities. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Accommodation can also be provided for candidates relocating from outside Las Vegas.
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from 9am to 5pm. However, flexibility may be required depending on project deadlines.
Location:
This role is based in Las Vegas but may require occasional travel within the city or surrounding areas for site visits or meetings.
