Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This includes creating detailed plans, managing budgets, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive architectural plans for new construction projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
- Manage project budgets and ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings for projects
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex design issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven track record of successfully completing large-scale construction projects on time and within budget
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar design software
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must have a valid work visa for the United States

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Las Vegas (candidates living in India preferred)

Type: Contract (with possibility for full-time employment)
