Construction Project Coordinator



The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Las Vegas, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring progress
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure that projects meet their expectations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare project reports and maintain accurate records of project details, expenses, and progress
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Ensure project stays within budget by tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or coordination role
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Las Vegas (Preference for Indian nationals)

Visa/Travel: Free visa sponsorship provided along with one-way ticket to Las Vegas.
