Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Las Vegas, NV, USA
Type: Contract (with the possibility of becoming permanent)
Salary: $1700 per week (negotiable based on experience)


We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Las Vegas. As a project manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors and vendors, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all work is completed according to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of work
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and senior management
- Manage project budgets and financial forecasts
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Familiarity with relevant software programs such as AutoCAD or Project Management software

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working on construction projects in Las Vegas. This is a contract position with the potential for becoming permanent. The salary for this role is $1700 per week but is negotiable based on experience.
