Office Assistant - Las Vegas

Our busy office in Las Vegas is seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth daily operations of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, directing calls, and taking messages
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
- Filing and organizing documents both physically and electronically
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoice processing
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. The role is suitable for male candidates who are able to work without accommodation. We provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for successful candidates.
