Office Assistant - Las Vegas


As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your role will involve a variety of tasks including answering phone calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Responding to emails and maintaining correspondence with clients
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new ones when necessary
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and bookkeeping
- Filing and organizing documents both physically and electronically
- Performing general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Indian nationality preferred (but not required)

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Las Vegas (candidates must already reside in Las Vegas or be willing to relocate at their own expense)

Employment type: Full-time, non-live-in position without accommodation provided.
