Pastry Chef - Las Vegas, USA
Are you a skilled Pastry Chef with a passion for creating delectable desserts and pastries? Do you have experience working in high-end restaurants or hotels? Our 5-star hotel in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our culinary team.
As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing creative and delicious pastry and dessert menus for our restaurant. You will also be in charge of managing inventory, ordering supplies, and overseeing the pastry kitchen staff. We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and a drive to constantly innovate and elevate our pastry offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of various pastry techniques, methods, and ingredients
- Ability to create unique and visually stunning desserts
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position.
