Land Surveyor


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, creating maps and reports, and providing accurate data for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS and total stations
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps, reports, and legal descriptions
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to provide accurate survey data for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and project information
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or issues
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technology advancement in the field of land surveying

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, levels etc.
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Experience working on construction projects is an added advantage

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Las Vegas.

Preference:
Preference will be given to Nepali or Kenyan candidates with English proficiency. Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.
