We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks in our buildings and facilities. This is an urgent job opportunity with a salary of 1400$, including free visa and ticket for foreign applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies needed for repairs
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure buildings and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role

- Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Physical stamina to handle various manual tasks
- Valid driver's license is preferred
