Computer Systems Analyst



A leading IT company in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled and dynamic Computer Systems Analyst to join their growing team. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving computer systems, processes and procedures to enhance the overall performance and efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough analysis of existing computer systems and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions and implement changes.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals and training materials.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Evaluating new technologies and making recommendations for system upgrades or replacements.
- Ensuring all systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Providing training and support to end users on system functionality.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proven experience with system analysis, design, implementation and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position. Visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate.

Location:
This position is based in Los Angeles but we welcome candidates from all over India who are willing to relocate.
