IT Manager - Los Angeles, USA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining systems and software, and ensuring the security and integrity of our network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of all company systems and software
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Maintain the security and integrity of our network by implementing appropriate security measures
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements to our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, software, and security protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find solutions quickly
- Experience working with vendors for procurement of hardware/software solutions
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1100 per month (salary may be negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
