Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Install and configure computer networks, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Maintain network security by implementing appropriate protocols
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues
- Perform routine maintenance on systems to ensure their optimal performance
- Keep track of inventory for hardware and software licenses
- Create documentation for network configurations and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with security protocols (firewalls, intrusion detection systems)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

Salary: $900 per month

Location: Los Angeles (Filipino candidates preferred)
