Technical Support Specialist


We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Los Angeles. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This includes resolving technical issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and providing guidance on product usage.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to technical inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems related to computer systems, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Install and configure software applications
- Maintain accurate records of all technical support interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to identify recurring technical problems and develop solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a technical support role is a plus, but not required
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, and networking concepts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Salary: $1400 per month

This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates without any prior work experience. We welcome Indian nationals with good English proficiency looking for jobs in the USA.
