As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients for their computer hardware, software, and network systems. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients with their computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Conduct regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Train clients on the use of new hardware or software systems.
- Keep track of all technical issues reported by clients and provide timely updates on their status.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop solutions for complex technical problems.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field of computer support.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to handle complex technical issues.
- Experience with remote desktop support tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1600 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Los Angeles. Relocation assistance may be provided for out-of-state candidates.
