IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker
- Indian nationality preferred
- No prior experience required

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding technical issues through phone, email or in person.

- Install, configure and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Set up new user accounts, passwords, and permissions.
- Provide basic training on computer systems and applications.
- Maintain inventory of hardware, software licenses, and equipment.
- Stay updated on new technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements.
