Full-Stack Developer

We are a rapidly growing tech startup based in Los Angeles, CA looking for a talented and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications from front-end to back-end. You will work closely with our product team to understand user requirements and implement solutions that enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Develop back-end components using Ruby on Rails framework
- Create and maintain databases using MySQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues
- Write efficient and reusable code following best practices
- Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues
- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate new technologies into our applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Strong understanding of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with back-end development using Ruby on Rails
- Knowledge of database management using MySQL
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with React or other front-end frameworks
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud services
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
