Data Analytics Specialist


We are hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends. You will work closely with our team of analysts to provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources
- Conduct statistical analysis and create data models to identify patterns and trends
- Develop dashboards and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Utilize data visualization tools to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring accuracy in all analysis
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a data analytics role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages used for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with database management systems (SQL Server, MySQL)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Analytics or related field
- Experience working with large datasets using Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive modeling
