Bilingual Interpreter


We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Interpreter to join our team in Los Angeles. As an interpreter, you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient interpretation services between English and Pakistani languages. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site or remote interpretation services for meetings, conferences, or other events
- Interpret accurately and effectively in both English and Pakistani languages
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times
- Understand cultural differences and adapt communication accordingly
- Use specialized vocabulary and terminology specific to the subject matter being interpreted
- Clarify any misunderstandings or inaccuracies during interpretation
- Take notes as needed for reference during the interpretation process

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Pakistani languages (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret accurately in high-pressure situations
- Ability to adapt to different dialects, accents, and cultural backgrounds
- Excellent note-taking skills for reference during interpretation
- Knowledge of relevant industry terminology
- Previous experience as an interpreter preferred but not required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Salary: $1700 per month
