Facade Specialist - Los Angeles, USA


We are hiring a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, USA. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining the exterior of buildings and structures. Your role will involve working closely with architects and engineers to ensure that the facade meets design specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating plans for the exterior of buildings and structures
- Collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure that facade design meets specifications
- Conducting site visits to assess feasibility of proposed designs
- Preparing detailed drawings, models, and specifications for facade construction
- Overseeing the installation of facades and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Conducting quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets standards
- Identifying and resolving any issues or defects with the facade

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in facade design and construction
- Extensive knowledge of building materials and construction methods
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month. In addition, we offer free visa sponsorship, flight ticket reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
