Experienced Roofer in Los Angeles

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining different types of roofing systems. This includes shingles, tiles, metal, and flat roofs. You will also be expected to work on both residential and commercial properties.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Roofer
- Knowledge of various roofing materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for the United States

Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs for damage or issues that require repair or replacement
- Install new roofing systems according to specifications and safety standards
- Repair any damage on existing roofs by replacing shingles, tiles, or other materials
- Apply waterproofing materials to protect roofs from weather conditions
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on the progress of projects

Salary: $1000 per week (based on experience)
