Experienced Plasterer in Los Angeles

We are a reputable construction company in Los Angeles seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plasterer in the construction industry
- Proficient in applying various types of plaster such as lime, cement, and acrylic
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Knowledge of different techniques for creating textures and patterns on surfaces
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, smoothing, and leveling them before applying plaster
- Mix plaster according to specifications and apply it evenly on surfaces using hand tools or sprayers
- Create textures or patterns on surfaces using different techniques such as stucco or decorative plastering
- Repair any damages or imperfections on existing plastered surfaces
- Ensure proper adhesion of plaster by following correct drying times and application methods
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure project requirements are met

This position is open to candidates from Canada or Nepal. English proficiency is not required but preferred. The successful candidate must have their own biometric passport for travel purposes. Accommodation will not be provided.
